I earned this award today!
I primarily use the native Apple Watch workout app for all of my recorded exercises and RunGap to bring over select exercises I want to share with a wider audience or post on social media. Strava has plenty of challenges each month and I opted into the January Commute Challenge: Commute 1 day a week for 4 weeks.
May is National Bike Month and generally warmer weather months make bike commuting easier. I credit my active outdoor month to a mild January and recently finishing There's No Such Thing as Bad Weather: A Scandinavian Mom's Secrets for Raising Healthy, Resilient, and Confident Kids (from Friluftsliv to Hygge).
